10mm float glass is a transparent flat glass formed from molten tin and then annealed and cooled. It is commonly used in building doors, windows, curtain walls, and partitions, and can also serve as a base material for further processing.

Small Thickness Tolerance: The glass production process adopts an automated control system, keeping thickness deviation within 10 ± 0.2 mm.

High Light Transmittance: The glass is melted using an oxy-fuel combustion process to remove impurities and bubbles, achieving a transmittance of over 85%.

High Surface Flatness: ​​​​​​Float glass is formed by naturally spreading on the surface of molten tin under gravity, achieving a flatness of ≤0.1 mm/m.

• Fusion and purification: High-quality, finely ground raw materials are melted in a furnace at about 1500 °C.
• Float forming: At about 1100 °C, molten glass flows from the melter onto molten tin, where it spreads evenly, cools to around 600 °C, and solidifies into flat sheets.
• Protective layer application: Special coatings are applied by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), forming a thin film that enhances the glass's optical properties.
• Stress relief: Rapid cooling creates tension in the glass, which is released by passing the ribbon through an annealing furnace.
