Clear Glass

Clear flat glass is manufactured through mixing high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials at high temperature. The molten glass flows into tin bath where the float glass is spread, polished and formed on the molten tin. The float glass has smooth surface, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability and high mechanism intensity.

4mm clear float glass is the most commonly used thickness in float glass. It is usually used in windows, as well as deep processed glass such as tempered glass and laminated glass, mirror, reflective glass.

6mm transparent glass can be the last welcomed glass thickness alone. It can be used alone, or made into 6mm tempered transparent glass, or two layers of 6mm glass can be made into laminated glass.

5mm clear float glass is a common building material widely used in fields such as glass doors, windows, and curtain walls. It also called 6mm clear glass, 6mm normal glass.

3mm glass production process is float glass so the glass has good flatness, optical properties, strength, and heat resistance. The production of float glass technology flattens the glass liquid on the surface of the tin liquid, giving float glass higher flatness, better optical properties, higher strength, and better heat resistance.

10mm float glass generally refers to transparent float glass with a thickness of 10mm. This thickness of glass will be tempered and processed into bathroom doors, partitions, and interior doors. It has a certain strength and thickness.
