Inspection Stages
The company conducted a competitive advantage analysis to identify its strengths and weaknesses compared to its rivals.
Raw Material:
Checks optical clarity, thickness uniformity, and surface defects.
Fabrication:
Verifies cutting precision, edge quality, and hole tolerances.
Tempering:
Tests surface compression, flatness, and fragmentation patterns.
Final Packaging:
Conducts pre-shipment quantity checks and crate security audits.

Tempered clear glass is manufactured by heating clear float glass to 620–680°C, followed by rapid high-pressure air quenching. This process generates internal stress that increases strength by 4–5 times compared to annealed glass and ensures safe, granular fragmentation upon breakage.
Crucial Note:
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled, or edged after tempering. All fabrication must be completed prior to furnace processing.
