Tempered Glass Panels

Our tempered glass panels are processed using tempered grade transparent and colored float glass. We can provide edge straight edges, round edges, beveled edges, and processing according to customer needs.

Tempered glass panles are products that undergo CNC cutting, edging, printing, and punching processes according to customer requirements for size and shape.

Color of tempered glass panels: Clear, light grey, dark grey, black, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, pink, golden, bronze and brown.

Size: Customized size and shape.

Thickness: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm

We also can do frosted images and silk screem print on the tempered glass panels.

1. Safety

When the glass is damaged by external force, the fragments will become small honeycomb-shaped blunt-angle particles, which are not easy to cause serious harm to the human body.

2. High strength

The impact strength of tempered glass of the same thickness is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass, and the bending strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.

3. Thermal stability

The tempered glass panels have good thermal stability and can withstand a temperature difference of three times that of ordinary glass, and can withstand a temperature difference of 300℃.
